Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If an order qualified for free shipping and the entire order is later returned for change-of-mind reasons, the standard shipping charge that would have applied to the original order will be deducted from the refund.If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact Stellarune as soon as reasonably possible.

Where applicable under consumer law, Stellarune will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, refund, repair, or another suitable solution at no additional cost to you.

Requirements relating to unopened packaging or intact heat seals do not apply where you are exercising rights available under applicable consumer law.
How It Works

1. Locate the open end of your Stellarune Link.
2. Slide your chosen charms onto the open end.
3. Arrange the charms in your preferred order.
4. Secure the Link before wearing or using the accessory.

If a charm cannot slide onto the Link, you're likely using the stop-ring end. Please use the smooth open end instead. Whenever you're ready for a new combination, simply unfasten the clasp and slide charms on or off from the same end.
Care & Safety

Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, corrosive substances, harsh chemicals, alcohol-based products, perfume, cosmetics, and strong cleaning agents.

Clean gently with a soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, polishing compounds, or rough cleaning materials. If light surface marks appear on the printed design, gently rinsing with clean water may help reduce their appearance. Dry thoroughly afterwards and store in a clean, dry place.Each charm contains flexible polyurethane (PU) grip inserts inside the opening. These inserts help hold the charm securely on compatible Stellarune Links and provide a controlled resistance when inserting or removing the charm.

Insert and remove charms gently using steady, controlled pressure. Do not force, twist aggressively, or repeatedly pull the charm on and off with excessive force, as this may damage the internal grip inserts or their attachment.

Avoid forceful scraping or rubbing against hard, sharp, or abrasive surfaces, as this may damage the plated finish or printed design. Avoid dropping, crushing, bending, or exposing the charm to strong impacts.

Keep corrosive liquids and harsh chemicals away from the internal grip components.Contains small parts that may present a choking hazard if swallowed. Keep charms and other small components out of reach of young children.

Stellarune charms are decorative accessories and are not toys. Do not place charms or small components in the mouth.

Check the charm and its internal grip components periodically. If any part becomes loose, detached, damaged, or broken, discontinue use until the item has been safely removed or replaced.

This product features a chrome-plated metal surface, UV-printed decorative surface, and internal polyurethane components. Individual skin sensitivities may vary. Discontinue use if irritation, redness, itching, or discomfort occurs.
