Shipping rates and free-shipping thresholds are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order value.

Orders that meet the applicable free-shipping threshold will receive standard shipping at no additional charge.Change-of-mind returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify, items must be unused and unworn, and the original heat-sealed outer packaging must remain intact and unopened.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If an order qualified for free shipping and the entire order is later returned for change-of-mind reasons, the standard shipping charge that would have applied to the original order will be deducted from the refund.If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact Stellarune as soon as reasonably possible.

Where applicable under consumer law, Stellarune will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, refund, repair, or another suitable solution at no additional cost to you.

Requirements relating to unopened packaging or intact heat seals do not apply where you are exercising rights available under applicable consumer law.
How It Works

1. Locate the open end of your Stellarune Link.
2. Slide your chosen charms onto the open end.
3. Arrange the charms in your preferred order.
4. Secure the Link before wearing or using the accessory.

If a charm cannot slide onto the Link, you're likely using the stop-ring end. Please use the smooth open end instead. Whenever you're ready for a new combination, simply unfasten the clasp and slide charms on or off from the same end.
Care & Safety

Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, perfume, cosmetics, alcohol-based products, corrosive substances, and harsh cleaning agents.

Clean the polyester cord and metal hardware gently with a soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, polishing compounds, or rough cleaning materials.

If the Link becomes wet, dry it thoroughly before storing. Store in a clean, dry place when not in use.Handle the Link gently and avoid excessive pulling, twisting, stretching, or bending.

Insert and remove Stellarune Charms using steady, controlled pressure. Avoid forcing Charms over clasps, connectors, or other hardware.

Before use, make sure clasps, rings, connectors, and fastening points are securely closed.

Check the cord and hardware periodically for signs of wear, loosening, deformation, fraying, or other damage.Stellarune Links and Charms contain small components and are not toys. Keep them out of reach of young children.

Discontinue use if the cord, clasp, connector, ring, or other component becomes loose, damaged, broken, or excessively worn.

Stellarune Links are decorative accessories and should only be used for their intended purpose. Do not subject them to excessive loads, strong impacts, or forces beyond normal everyday use.

The Phone Strap Link is a decorative accessory only. It is not designed, tested, or rated as a fall-prevention, device-retention, or safety strap. Do not rely on it to prevent a phone or other device from being dropped.
